Role Overview:
PSA is looking for talented and motivated individuals to join our Manila office as Research Analysts. This role is ideal for those with a passion for research, data analysis, and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth online and social media research
• Collect, organize, and analyze data effectively
• Develop and prepare interview questions as needed
• Conduct interviews with relevant subjects and experts
• Accurately document and maintain records of interviews
• Manage and respond to project-related tasks and communications
• Monitor and manage project budgets with precision

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• Professional, self-motivated, and capable of delivering high-quality research with minimal supervision
• Academic or professional experience in political analysis, social analysis, investigations, or similar research areas
• Strong project management skills with the ability to work independently or collaboratively
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical abilities
• Excellent written communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese, Thai, Bahasa, Russian, Portuguese, Spanish, or other languages is a plus
