Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive market research, feasibility studies, and front-end design for innovative projects or products.
• Develop and integrate project plans considering domestic and international trends and industry conditions.
• Research and apply new technologies and materials, and contribute to key R&D plans and innovative projects.
• Establish intellectual property achievements and facilitate the transformation of academic findings into practical applications.
• Coordinate and organize resources to ensure successful realization and delivery of innovative projects.
• Play a pivotal role in projects, collaborating efficiently with team members and promoting cross-departmental cooperation.

Requirements:

• Doctorate degree in Mechanical, Optical, Chemical, Biological, Polymer Materials, or related fields.
• High sensitivity to industry data and dynamic changes, with a focus on cutting-edge technologies.
• Strong technical background, execution ability, and product understanding.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, learning, and adaptability skills.
• Proficiency in writing in both Chinese and English.
• Preferred: Possession of invention patents, overseas education, and international work experience.
