    • Generally under 50 years of age, though exceptional candidates may receive flexibility.
  2. Top-notch Discipline Talent
    • Experience in senior academic or research roles at reputable institutions, with innovative contributions to fundamental research or technology development recognized by peers.
    • Potential to become a leader in the field, with strong organizational and teamwork skills.
    • Generally under 45 years of age, with flexibility for outstanding candidates.
  3. Young Innovative Talent
    • Ability to grasp academic trends and contribute to fundamental and innovative research, with recognized outcomes in research or technology development.
    • Competence in research and technological innovation tasks, with strong collaboration skills with domestic and international institutions.
    • Generally under 35 years of age, with flexibility for exceptional candidates.
  4. Outstanding Postdoctoral Fellows
    • Comprehensive knowledge of fundamental theories in their field, with the ability to conduct independent research.
    • Demonstrated innovative outcomes in research or technology development, with recognized academic potential.
    • Generally under 35 years of age, with a doctoral degree obtained within the last 3 years. Recent graduates are given priority.

Remuneration and Benefits

    • Minimum remuneration of RMB 700,000, with housing subsidies of at least RMB 3,000,000.
