YCIS – Shanghai (Puxi) Early Childhood Teacher

Major Functions:

• Carry out the professional duties of a classroom teacher under the direction of the Co-principals.
• Collaborate with other staff to plan, facilitate, and evaluate a program that meets the students' needs, aligning with the school's guiding principles.
• Communicate openly with parents in both formal and informal settings, keeping them informed of school activities and academic forecasts.
• Schedule meetings with parents outside of class time to avoid disrupting class supervision.
• Support and assist in organizing Early Childhood sector activities and events, both on and off-campus.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to work cooperatively with other staff.
• Strong communication skills for engaging with parents.
• Capacity to plan and execute a curriculum suited to early childhood education.
• Flexibility in supporting both on-campus and off-campus events.
