As an Engineer at Grand Hyatt Beijing, you will assist the Director of Engineering in ensuring the efficient and cost-effective operation of the Engineering Department. You will support all other operating departments by providing essential services and maintaining the hotel’s equipment, building, and grounds in optimal condition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Director of Engineering in the efficient and economic operation of the Engineering Department.
• Support all hotel departments by ensuring the smooth operation of essential services such as maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain all equipment, building, and grounds in optimal condition to meet the hotel’s operational needs.
• Assist in managing preventive maintenance programs and overseeing special projects as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

• A degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Building Management is preferred.
• Experience in preventive maintenance programs and special projects will be valuable.
• Technical knowledge in air conditioning, ventilation, refrigeration systems, fire safety systems, sprinklers, water/waste treatment, or hydraulics is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
