Job Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and program ABB robots.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
• Read and interpret mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.
• Perform PLC programming and maintenance.
• Handle preventative maintenance for machines, secondary equipment, and facilities.
• Plan and execute maintenance activities and maintain schedules.
• Manage and track inventory levels for maintenance parts and equipment.
• Implement cost-saving measures and optimize equipment utilization.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 and TS16949 standards.
• Participate in special projects as needed.
• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor and Senior Supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with ISO 14001 and TS16949.
• Knowledge of costing, asset management, and budgeting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
