Description
Higginbotham, a leading independent insurance and financial services firm ranked among the top 20 in the nation, is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Manager to join our team in Houston, TX. This role is crucial for assisting our Employee Benefits Producer in generating new business and maintaining existing client policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, prospects, the agency, and the Producer.
- Collaborate closely with the Producer to create proposal presentations.
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with insurance carriers to meet clients' needs and facilitate business processing.
Experience and Qualifications
- Experience: 3-5 years in group employee benefits.
- Education/Certification: Preferred candidates will hold a Group I Life and Health Agent's license.
