The Opportunity
We seek a dynamic Manager of School Strategy with diverse experiences to help realize our mission. As part of the YES Prep team, you will drive results, create pathways to opportunity for our students, and eliminate educational inequities to advance social justice.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis and Support
- Collaborate with Program Success teams for Elementary and Secondary education to enhance school data strategy.
- Partner with the Managing Director of School Strategy to implement and execute data initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
- Create and manage robust data analysis structures to ensure access to critical data and trends for Schools team members.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and Power BI for data visualization and tracking tools that support campuses and individual staff needs.
- Maintain data integrity and oversee data analysis projects to support school and campus leaders.
Staff Training and Support
- Assist the Managing Director of School Strategy in executing training and development around accountability and data strategy for Home Office and Campus leaders.
- Provide training for Schools and campus leaders to analyze data and create action plans.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings and collaborate with various teams to align efforts with campus and organizational goals.
Data Management & Compliance
- Develop and implement campus goals in collaboration with the Managing Director of School Strategy.
- Create and maintain data tracking tools using Excel and Power BI to monitor progress toward goals.
Project Management
- Lead and manage strategic projects and initiatives as directed by the Managing Director of School Strategy.
- Monitor and support PK-12 projects and initiatives, including summer student programming and grade transitions.
- Develop the Campus Needs Assessment and Campus Improvement Plan process in collaboration with compliance and Schools Team members.

Qualifications
Must Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
- 5 years of teaching experience and leadership.
- Proven ability to analyze data using Excel and Power BI.
- Advanced project management skills and experience.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, inclusivity, and anti-racism.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
Nice to Haves:
- School leadership experience.
- Data Analysis training certificates.
- Project Manager certification.
- Experience in campus-based roles.
