Job Description

Bishop O’Connell High School has an immediate opening for a full-time school counselor for the 2024-2025 school year. Applicants must have a Master’s Degree in School Counseling and be practicing Catholics dedicated to serving and supporting students in their development of the whole person.

Responsibilities

• Assist students in college readiness and career development.
• Support academic achievement and emotional/social development.
• Utilize data in a comprehensive school counseling program.
• Work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Engage in continued professional development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in School Counseling preferred.
• Experience in college counseling is preferred.
• Citizenship, residency, or work visa required.
