Job Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and program ABB robots.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
- Read and interpret mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.
- Perform PLC programming and maintenance.
- Handle preventative maintenance for machines, secondary equipment, and facilities.
- Plan and execute maintenance activities and maintain schedules.
- Manage and track inventory levels for maintenance parts and equipment.
- Implement cost-saving measures and optimize equipment utilization.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 and TS16949 standards.
- Participate in special projects as needed.
- Assist the Maintenance Supervisor and Senior Supervisor.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with ISO 14001 and TS16949.
- Knowledge of costing, asset management, and budgeting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
