YOUR ROLE
- Hosting AE X-forum: what defines a good AE team? (APR/RA alignment), best practice sharing - enables Henkel differentiation to be visible to sales team and customers.
- Big data management: global lab footprint & capability consolidation and leverage, competitor database build up.
- Harmonize global AE practice in terms of visit reports, troubleshooting, new trials, innovation, 0” invoice implementation etc. to better capture AE value as key Henkel differentiation.
- KPI driven monitoring of progress in SUSTAINABILITY & DIGITAL up-skilling (carbon footprint calculator, Digital solutions etc.) and sales related processes.
- Lead the up-skilling and training efforts within APC – define competency model for different roles, specific training curriculum based on identified needs and close collaboration with internal network of subject matter experts (e.g. Application Engineering) and Campus.
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree required with a MBA being preferred.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in project management.
- Ability to engage and lead people.
- Strategic thinking and strong communication skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, specifically in Excel.
The salary for this role is $112,100.00 - $140,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
