About Lemon8
Lemon8 is a lifestyle content community featuring photos and videos of various categories such as beauty, fashion, food, travel, home, fitness, and pets. Our target users are people who enjoy exploring their interests by consuming informative and high-quality content. Lemon8 currently operates in Japan, the SEA region (Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines and Vietnam), the UK and the US.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for creators acquisition, creators grooming and creator communications mainly for Fashion & Family category
- Develop Quarter Planning in order to achieve business goals; for example, content number, creators number, specific topics acquisition and guidelines etc.
- In charge of vertical recap/analysis: able to provide insights, key learnings and strategic planning
- Independently responsible for a medium-sized group of content creators, develop strategies for growing and retaining creators and foster strong relationships with them
- Take care of and utilize in-app resources related to focused category; for example, hashtags monitoring and creating H5, newsletters and in-app messages, in order to communicate with target users
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree from any major
- At least 1-3 years experience in Creators/Influencer Operation, Influencer Marketing or other related fields (Fashion and/or Family or related industry will be specifically considered)
- Strong understanding and familiarity in related industries, such as strong connection with Influencers, groups, or community
- Excellent communication skills: familiar working with Creators/Influencers and Cross-function team
- Good analytic skill, be able to identify highlights, lowlights and provide solutions to business challenges
- Logical thinking and data driven
- Fluency in English (both verbal & written)

- Can work well under pressure
- Fast learner, patience, with a can-do attitude

ByteDance was founded in 2012 by a team led by Yiming Zhang and Rubo Liang, who saw opportunities in the then-nascent mobile internet market, and aspired to build platforms that could enrich people's lives. The company launched Toutiao, one of its flagship products, in August 2012. It followed that success with the launch of Douyin in September 2016. Approximately a year later, ByteDance accelerated globalization with the launch of its global short video product, TikTok.
